Product assignment guidelines

  1. Product outcome can only be used when a workflow is assigned to a Work Order.
  2. Multiple products can be configured in a workflow, but only one will be assigned to a specific Work Order.
  3. The product’s P/N is taken for the Parts module, but the revision has to be entered manually.
  4. If a workflow is used for other purposes (such as: maintenance, RMA, planning, etc.), but still used in a Work Flow. It must be configured with a dummy part.
