General

A form is a document. Usually, it has fixed arrangement with spaces (also named fields) to fill in. Forms are used to collect the required information in a logical, meaningful way for communication and pass to another entity.

In Next Plus,

Can be filled, and managed, on their own. Or, they can be filled and managed in a Session related context.

A session related context, means that the from (or forms), that are filled, shall be recorded in a specific session.

Template Form

Templates Enable to create a form, based on preconfigured template. Each template suggests specific field, based on the form type. These fields can be used, modified, or removed.
