1. Open "Control Panel"

2. Open "Programs and Features"

3. Search for "Next Plus Client" double click on it and complete the uninstall wizard

4. Then, open a windows explorer and navigate to %APPDATA% and remove "nextplus" and "nextplus-client" directories completely

5. Open "Services" and locate "MongoDB" and stop it

6. Then, navigate to C:\data\db and remove all files and folders inside

7. Now, you can "Start" the "MongoDB" service again
