How to remove a role and assign a new role instead

In the application menu, navigate to Settings -> Roles
Locate the role you wish to remove and click on the trash icon
If the role assigned to some users, a popup window with a list of effected users will appear.
Choose the "Replace role" option and select the wanted role to be replaced with.
Click "Confirm"
