Tools module enables to add another level of data enrichment for each step in the workflow. A specific tool (or more) can be added to a step, to show the operator which tools are required to perform a task.

For complex equipment and tools, additional data layers can be added for each tool:

• S/N management and traceability.
• Calibration intervals.
• Use traceability in different work orders.

Fields Description

Multiple tools of same type can be added to the list | | | Add Serial Item | | | 6 | Serial | Set tool Serial Number | | 7 | Expiration Date | Set tool expiration date Once the expiration date is reached, the tool will be disabled and cannot be selected for steps in workflows | | 8 | Active | Toggle button. enables to activate/deactivate a tool | | 9 | Trash Bin | Removes the serial tool from the list |

Adding a New Tool

1. Click on the red plus.
2. Give your tool a name.
3. Provide a part number (optional).
4. Provide a short description of the tool and its usage (optional).
5. Attach an image (optional).
6. Click save.
